Henderson House of Dreams
We designed this timeless home for a young family whose main design requirement was to have a home that wouldn’t go out of style, yet still be fresh and playful to suit their lifestyle with two young boys. Through the use of classic finishes and fixtures such as marble tiles, crisp white wall paneling, and lantern style lighting, we were able to achieve the timeless style they were envisioning. Pattern play and pops of colour were added throughout the home to bring life into the space. The application of unexpected tile layouts and whimsical wallpaper applications seen on both the walls and ceilings helped achieve the playfulness that was desired. Throughout the home, we continued to play with colour by pulling bold blue accents, paired with neutral tones of cognacs through the selection of furniture and accessories. Every room & detail in this home has something special to admire for anyone to easily fall in love with.
Karly and Sarah were a pleasure to work with. They were very detail oriented and were able to take our design vision and execute it with results that exceeded our expectations! Every request we had was taken into consideration along with presenting us with unique & thoughtful ideas. They were very well organized and always available when we needed advice which made the construction process run so smoothly and stress-free.
